By using this Website or commissioning Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Client — person or entity commissioning services.
Deliverables — final creative outputs (videos, graphics, posters, etc.).
Proposal — written scope, pricing, and deliverable agreement.
Materials — client-provided content (footage, logos, scripts, etc.).
Portfolio Content — final approved deliverables permitted for promotional use.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or commissioning Services, you acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Updates may occur periodically.

3. Cookies

The Website uses cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Your usage constitutes consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Website content belongs to the Studio.
You may not copy, republish, or redistribute content.
Use of Studio branding requires written approval.

9. Service Terms (Creative Services)

All Deliverables and timelines are defined in the approved Proposal.

9.2 Client Responsibilities

Provide all necessary Materials on time.
Submit revision feedback within 48 hours.
Ensure Materials do not infringe third-party rights.

9.3 Revisions

Up to three (3) revision rounds per Deliverable unless stated otherwise.

9.4 Payment Terms

Will be decided as per the contract.

9.5 No Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

9.6 Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, Clients own the final Deliverables. Raw project files remain Studio property unless purchased separately.

9.7 File Storage

Files may be deleted after 30–90 days post-completion unless otherwise agreed.

9.8 AI-Assisted Workflows

AI may assist editing only with Client consent. Data is never used for AI model training.

10. Portfolio Usage and Display Rights

10.1 Studio Portfolio Rights

With written Client approval, the Studio may showcase final Deliverables in portfolios, case studies, social media, award submissions, and marketing materials.

The Studio will never share raw files, confidential information, or NDA-protected content.

10.1.1 Revocation of Permission

Clients may revoke permission anytime; removal will occur within 7–14 business days.

10.1.2 Ownership

Client retains ownership of their brand assets. The Studio retains ownership of production methods.

10.2 Website Visitor Rights

Visitors may view portfolio items but may not download, copy, extract, or republish them.

10.2.1 Restrictions

No AI training or dataset usage.
No derivative works.
No media scraping or automated extraction.

10.2.2 Availability

The Studio may update or remove portfolio content at any time.

11. Reservation of Rights

The Studio may update or modify these Terms at any time.

12. Removal of Links

You may request link removal; the Studio will review and respond.

13. Accuracy of Information

The Studio does not guarantee Website content accuracy or completeness.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Website and Service content is provided “as-is” without warranties.

15. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for Client delays or data loss.
Not liable for third-party failures.
No guarantees of performance or viewer engagement.
